The fiber laser air-cooled handheld welding machine converts electrical energy into laser energy through a fiber laser generator. The high-energy laser beam is transmitted to the handheld welding gun via an optical fiber, then focused to form a high-density heat source. The heat rapidly melts the metal surfaces of workpieces to achieve fusion welding. Its built-in air cooling system dissipates heat for the laser source, removing the need for an external water chiller. Operators can freely move the welding gun to process workpieces of various shapes and positions.

Laser marking, also known as laser engraving in factories, is a precision marking process widely used in modern manufacturing. It uses a high-energy-density laser beam to locally irradiate the material surface, vaporizing, melting or chemically discoloring the surface material to engrave permanent marks such as texts, logos, QR codes and serial numbers. Different from ink printing, sticker labels or mechanical stamping, the laser is an invisible "light knife". The whole processing does not make direct contact with the product surface. Unlike printing, stickers or chemical etching, laser engraving creates permanent marks directly on the material surface.
